- Monitor guests for additional needs, refill drinks, and clear empty dishes.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Handle payments, process orders accurately, and provide guests with itemized bills.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize guest needs during busy shifts.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
